How long will I wait for my order?

Our current turnaround time is 1-2 Business Days to process your order out of our Florida location. However, delivery takes 1-5 business days depending on the shipping method and your address.

What are my shipping options?

All orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, you will be able to choose during your secure check out. You will receive an email with your tracking number in case you want to check on the delivery status.

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping is free on all order over $35! Otherwise, the shipping will be calculated by the system based on volume and weight of the items in your order. The system will let you know during checkout time.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship in the United States.

Do you accept returns?

If you purchase a product that appears defective, please contact us and we will do our best to find a solution. If you purchase a product that does not work for you, please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of purchase and we will either suggest a replacement product or provide instructions for a return. Please keep in mind that all shipping costs to and from our Florida (USA) center are responsibility of the customer and products must be no less than 75% full to process a refund for the product paid price. Also, we cannot accept returns on TEK products unless the product is defective.

What if my package is damaged or missing items?

Whoooops! We are very sorry, but we are here to support you.

Please reach out to us immediately via email with a picture of the damage and we will take care of you.

Please note that all damaged/missing items must the reported within 7 days of receiving your package.

How about returned, unclaimed or undeliverable packages?

All unclaimed or returned orders due to unjustified reasons, undeliverable information, or incorrect address will receive a refund on the product(s) minus shipping costs incurred even when order qualified for free shipping.

What if my order shows delivered but I never received it?

Unfortunately, Nature Fussions cannot take responsible for items delivered by USPS that go missing once it shows as been delivered successfully. It is the responsibility of the customer to contact the local USPS and make the claim directly with your tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation.  We can provide any and all details of your package as needed for you to set up a claim with the Postal Service.  Nature Fussions cannot take responsibility for items that are lost or stolen once USPS system shows a delivery confirmation.
