How long will I wait for my order?

Our current turnaround time is 1-2 Business Days to process your order out of our location. However, delivery takes 1-5 business days depending on the shipping method you choose and your location.

What are my shipping options?

All orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, you will be able to choose during your secure check out. You will receive a message with your tracking number in case you want to check on the delivery.

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping is free on all order over $50! Otherwise, the shipping will be calculated by the system based on volume and weight of the items in your order. The system will let you know during checkout time.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship in the United States.

Do you accept returns?

If you purchase a product that appears defective, please contact us and we will do our best to find a solution. If you purchase a product that does not work for you, please contact us at help@naturefussions.com within 30 days of purchase and we will either suggest a replacement product or provide instructions for a return. Shipping costs and charges on the returned product are the solely responsibility of the customer and products must be no less than 50% full to process a refund. Please note that we cannot accept returns on TEK products unless the product is defective.

What if my package is damaged or missing items?

Whoooops! We are so sorry, but we are here to support you.

Please reach out to us immediately via email with a picture of the damage and we will take care of you.

Please note that all damaged/missing items must the reported within 7 days of receiving your package.

How about unclaimed or undeliverable packages return to your location?

All unclaimed orders or packages returned to us due to undeliverable/incorrect address will receive a refund on the product minus shipping cost and a 15% re-stocking fee. Orders will not be re-sent and will need to be placed again through the website checkout.

What if my order shows delivered but I never received it?

Nature Fussions is not responsible for items delivered by USPS that go missing once it shows as been delivered successfully. It is the responsibility of the customer to contact the local USPS and make the claim directly with your tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation. Nature Fussions is not responsible for items that are lost or stolen once delivery confirmation shows in the USPS system.
