Where is my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number when your order ships OR you can check your order status in the dashboard once you log in to your account, right under your “Order” tab.

Once I place my order, can I change the delivery address?

Please email help@naturefussions.com ASAP!  We will do our best to help.  Delivery addresses can only be change before we process your order.

Do you offer a discount on first time purchases?

Yes, we do!

What forms of payment do you accept?

Our online system accepts credit cards/ debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express), Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Where do you ship?

We currently only ship in the United States.

Is delivery free?

Shipping is free on all order over $50!

Otherwise, the shipping will be calculated by the system based on volume and weight of the items in your order. The system will let you know during checkout time.
